Nothing captures the friendship and community of our 7th grade more than this unique piece, constructed of reclaimed redwood and handmade string art-style birds. Every bird has been individually hand strung by each student, while the entire piece displays the collective spirit of the group. At a time when individuality is beginning to blossom, don’t miss your chance to own this one-of-a-kind display of friendship and long-lasting memories.
Special thanks to Eugenia Wackowski, Hifumi Kostolansky, Monica Byers, Sheila Castilla-Liu, Jacki Motto, our 7th grade teachers, Mr. Guerrero and Mrs. Marchetti, and our 7th grade students for their support.

“Come sit with me awhile,” my child asked of me,
For now he’s five years old and longs for me to be,
By his side each day, and kissing him at night,
Before I know it he’ll be grown and not in daily sight.
I’ll always have our bench, where we used to talk and rest,
Holding tender memories while he was in my nest.”
This bench is meant to be a daily reminder of why we strive to "Be the Good" in our world for our children. Each kindergartner was asked to paint something that makes them happy and with this handcrafted, original bench created by Pete Lindquist it is a beautiful way to see all the good and happiness around us. One of a kind and made to last, this bench will bring a welcome rest for many years to come.
Special thanks to Jessica & Mike Haro, Kari & Pete Lindquist for their hard work to create this masterpiece and thanks to our Kindergarten teachers, Mrs. O'Brien and Mrs. Mateu, and our kindergartners for their support.
Estimated Value: Priceless

Imagine yourself far away in a warm and rustic Tuscan village surrounded by blue skies, olive trees and your favorite friends. In the background you can hear the folksy sounds of the accordion, the voice of Dean Martin, maybe a few birds chirping before settling for the night. There is a rustic table set with wine, Pellegrino and oh the antipasto! With all the laughter, flowing wine, delicious Tuscan flavors and festive music, you may not even notice that over the course of dinner the sun has set and you are now enjoying the ambient lighting of the stars above. Guess what? This doesn’t have to be a distant dream. We have a very special dinner planned for Father John this year and he’s hoping to share it with five very special couples. Eat, drink and be merry — it’s your evening under the Tuscan stars!
